Beautiful Light. Personally Designed. Thoughtfully Installed.

The right lighting does more than illuminate a space. It brings architecture to life, reveals the beauty of a landscape, creates atmosphere, and makes the places we live, work, and gather feel even more special. Whether it’s a private residence, a waterfront dock, a restaurant, or a community entrance, thoughtfully designed lighting can transform the way a property looks and feels.

At Bella Luce, we believe beautiful lighting starts with thoughtful design, quality materials, and a genuine commitment to getting every detail right.

We take a considered approach to every project, looking at the property as a whole and understanding how lighting can best complement its surroundings. From subtle architectural accents to carefully positioned landscape lighting, our goal is to create natural-looking results that enhance a property’s character without overpowering it. The best lighting feels effortless, creating an inviting atmosphere that can be enjoyed long after the sun goes down.

Personal Service. A Hands-On Approach.

Owner Walter De Lima is personally involved in every project, from the initial on-site consultation and lighting design to product selection, fixture placement, and final installation. He takes the time to understand each property, carefully selecting quality products and developing lighting designs that complement its architecture, landscape, and character.

We’re a hands-on company that takes pride in delivering what we promise. We listen, we pay attention, and we care about the finished result.

Most importantly, we value the relationships we build with our customers. Their trust and satisfaction mean everything to us.

We believe our best advertising has always been, and will always be, a happy customer recommending us to someone else.

Quality You Can See.
Workmanship You Can Trust.

We believe good lighting deserves good workmanship.

Low-voltage lighting and LED technology continues to advance, but the fundamentals of a proper installation haven’t changed. Quality materials matter. Careful planning matters. Attention to detail matters.

We are particular about the lighting products we use. Outdoor fixtures face year-round weather, and not all are made to withstand it. Materials, construction and finish can make considerable difference to how a fixture looks and performs over time. We favor well-made products with durable housings, quality finishes and dependable LED technology.

The same applies to the electrical equipment behind the scenes. We use quality transformers, outdoor-rated cables and purpose-made waterproof connections. Though hidden, these components are essential to system reliability.

Our installations are carefully planned around the property. We consider the garden layout, planting, walkways, existing irrigation and the location of each fitting. Cables are routed neatly and buried, fixtures are securely positioned, and care is taken to leave the landscape looking as it should. We want the finished installation to look like it belongs there.

We also understand that outdoor lighting needs to be practical. Fixtures may need cleaning, adjustment or replacement, so we consider access and future maintenance rather than simply installing everything and moving on. It’s a small but important part of delivering a job that has been properly thought through.

We may not be the least expensive option, and that’s intentional. There are plenty of inexpensive lighting products available, but the initial purchase price doesn’t always tell the whole story. We believe in using products we’re happy to stand behind and giving every installation the time and attention it deserves.

At the end of the day, our aim is simple: beautiful outdoor lighting, quality products and a professional installation that gives you confidence in your investment.

Bringing Your Property
to Life After Dark

There’s something special about seeing a property in a whole new light.

A garden becomes warmer and more inviting. Architecture takes on new depth. A dock becomes a place to unwind in the evening. A restaurant welcomes guests with warmth and atmosphere. A community entrance makes the right first impression.

We love being part of that transformation, and we’re committed to making the experience just as rewarding as the finished result.

From landscape and architectural lighting to waterfront docks, restaurants, and community entrances, we bring the same enthusiasm, attention to detail, and pride in our work to every project.

We do low-voltage lighting right.

It’s not just a saying; it’s the standard we hold ourselves to, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Modern Lighting.
Old-Fashioned Service.

Low-voltage lighting technology may be modern, but our approach to customer service is rooted in something timeless: personal attention, honest communication, a handshake you can count on, and a job done right.

We believe in showing up, doing what we say we’ll do, and standing behind our work. It’s a straightforward approach, but we think it makes all the difference.

“The light is what guides you home, the warmth is what keeps you there.”

At Bella Luce, beautiful light is what we create. The care we put into every project is what sets us apart.

Bella Luce proudly serves homeowners, businesses, and communities throughout Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Osceola Counties in Central Florida.

Did you know...

Warm white makes a house feel like home.

Warm white lighting, typically 2700K to 3000K, creates a soft, welcoming glow that complements stone, wood, stucco, and tropical landscaping. It helps a home feel inviting after dark without the harsh, blue-white look of cooler lighting.

The secret is knowing what not to light.

Great landscape lighting isn’t about making everything bright. Illuminating a few carefully chosen trees, architectural details, or planting beds while leaving other areas in shadow creates depth, contrast, and a more natural nighttime scene.

Good lighting reveals beauty, not the fixture.

The best outdoor lighting often goes unnoticed. Carefully positioned fixtures, concealed light sources, and properly aimed beams highlight the property while minimizing glare and unwanted light spilling into the night sky.

Our story

Experience You Can See. Personal Service You Can Trust.

With more than two decades of experience in luxury home development and residential low-voltage lighting, I understand what it takes to get lighting right.

Great lighting is about more than choosing fixtures and deciding where to put them. It takes an understanding of architecture, construction, materials, and the many details that come together to create a finished property. That experience shapes how I approach every Bella Luce project, no matter the size, from the initial on-site consultation and design to product selection, fixture placement, and installation.

My philosophy is simple: sometimes, less is more. The most effective lighting doesn’t need to be excessive or overpowering. It’s about knowing what to illuminate, what to leave in shadow, and how to strike the right balance to bring a home’s architecture and landscape to life after dark.

At Bella Luce, I take a personal interest in every project. When you work with us, you deal directly with me, the owner. I’m involved in the details, I care about the outcome, and I take responsibility for the work we deliver.

The buck stops with me.

It’s a straightforward way of doing business, built on experience, personal accountability, and the belief that every customer deserves to know who’s looking after their project.

Because at the end of the day, beautiful lighting comes down to thoughtful design, quality products, proper workmanship, and someone who genuinely cares about getting it right.
